9/19/2016 · I have used the B-Fat on several cast iron skillets and it works great. I have come to believe that fat that is solid at room temperature, such as B-Fat or Crisco, season better than oils that are liquid at room temperature. I have no science to back that up, just what I’ve noticed. B-Fat is great because of the application method–the tube.
